Autonomy – As the Practice Manager, you will work directly with the practicing owner but have the creative freedom to bring in your style of leadership. With a strong emphasis on human resources, staff development, and client service, we need your expertise in organizational communication, policy and procedure implementation, and coaching to bring out the best in everyone.
Educated clientele - With a vibrant, local human healthcare environment combined and an educated community, our pet owners know about specialists and actively seek out this level of care for their pets. Your job is to help keep us staffed and trained with the talent to serve the region.
We’re independent – Under singular, independent ownership, we’ve been serving the Capital District for over three decades.
We’re innovative – With a commitment to the highest standards in surgical care, our specialists utilize the most advanced surgical techniques available – and are called upon to teach on a regular basis.
Great location – Located in an idyllic, four-season setting in Upstate New York, we are home to some of the most beautiful places on earth.
